Search Engine marketing commences with a website audit & review to assess if the keyword phrases currently used are a correct match for the Products and / or Services you have available. We also run a Search Engine Ranking Report to assess current ranking status using appropriate key words and phrases, which forms a baseline for monitoring website promotion progress.
NB: This package is only applicable to medium sized websites with multiple products / services / business activities, up to 20 pages; e.g. a single location car & van rental, multiple activity tour company, hotel & restaurant, etc.

We provide guidance and suggestions on how to deal with the issues raised in the review, and prepare Home Page meta-tags including Title & Description, Keyword. We also provide content for items such as Anchors / Bookmarks, Image Alt tags, Headers, First and Last Paragraphs, “link to us” page content. Some elements are dependent on the format and structure of the site. E.g. some CMS systems don’t allow editing of all elements.
Ditto for up to 10 website pages, ensuring that all those pages support the “theme” established in the Home page.
Approximately one month after SEO work is completed, we will run a second SE ranking report (using the previous key words) to assess the ranking gains from the completed SEO process.
Our presumption here is that you or your web designer will be “plugging in” the above material that we supply. If you prefer us to do it, we are happy to do this, but there will be a modest additional cost.

Time Frames
This is dependent on how busy we are at the time we are commissioned;

Usually we get link-building underway within 2 – 3 days, but we spread it out over 4 weeks so that it does not look too obviously like an orchestrated SEO campaign.

Overall, we have a goal of not changing too much, too quickly – we don’t want the process to appear too much like an orchestrated SEO campaign…
The results of our efforts usually start to appear within 4-6 weeks as new links to your site are found and credited to you. The full benefits of the work that we do will not become apparent for 10 – 12 weeks. The time delay is because it takes link submissions a while to filter through due to the speed (or lack thereof) with which some directories process backlogs. Then, the search engines must find and index those links, and eventually add them to your incoming link score card.
